Jupyter Notebooks on BastionLinux

Our Jupyter makes it easy to support Notebooks for desktop; data science; academia/classroom learning.
Jupyter Notebooks on BastionLinux

For those new, Jupyter Notebook is an incredibly powerful tool for interactively developing and presenting data science projects. It combines mark up and code and allows collaborative editing of display and processing of results - getting the best out of your scientists and programmers.

We're not going to explain too much about Jupyter functionality and features here; but we've taken our strong Python-based data science suite (Pandas, SciKit et al) and combined that with JupyterHub to allow you to set up a sophisticated BastionLinux/Jupyter-hosted environment.

This is aimed at cloud-based deployment where you can stand up and down your Jupyters as and when needed. You can for example stand up a full classroom/tutorial for an hour and then destroy it (or you could restart it at beginning of lessons tomorrow). You could integrate with our 389 Directory Server (or your Active Directory) for a large school of students, or for corporate access. You could deploy on AWS G/P-class servers for serious GPU-based number crunching with your Notebooks.

With infrastructure at the heart of what we do; we'd love to discuss how our cloud-managed Jupyter can add value and save costs for your organisation.
